My name is Darrius Jones a.k.a “Sauce” the owner of BirdspeedSports. I have been training for 7 years. NASM certified, As a dedicated Sports Performance Trainer and Personal Trainer, I specialize in helping athletes and individuals unlock their full physical potential through customized training programs, science-backed methodologies, and a passion for peak performance. With a deep understanding of strength and conditioning, biomechanics, and injury prevention, I work with clients ranging from youth athletes to elite professionals, as well as those simply looking to improve their fitness and quality of life.

My approach goes beyond the gym—it’s about building better movers, fostering mental toughness, and creating sustainable habits that lead to long-term success. Whether it’s increasing speed, power, agility, or overall athleticism, I tailor every session to meet specific goals and push limits safely and effectively.
